Craft Fair Update
The craft fair at The Lady of the Cove Catholic Church in Kimberling City went good. I hope to see you soon in my craftroom.
Desiree'
I've been posting many of the items I had for sale here so you would know ahead of time what I would have. Well, one of my last minute projects was a Minion Keepsake Treat Box. This is made with the Curvy Keepsake Die, Owl Builder and 1" circle punches. The colors I used were Crushed Curry and Night of Navy card stock. I used Whisper White, Basic Black and Smoky Slate for the eyes. I also used the White Uni-ball Gel Pen to create the stitches.
If you like this, you will have the opportunity to create one of these during our Curvy Keepsake Classes being held on August 15th and August 22d from 2-6 pm. You can make a variety of critters during this class and it is $15.00 to make two critters. Look for more information soon!

New Card Buffet
We're doing something new this week! On July 21st, you're invited to attend my Card Buffet from 6-9 pm. What is a Card Buffet? I will have a table set up with cards and all the supplies to make that card in a basket. You will select which card to make and go make it. Cost of class depends on how many cards you make. On a time restraint? This should fit into your time restrictions! My next Card Buffet is scheduled for July 28th, same time. Let me know what works for you! Below are the cards that I have extra supplies cut from previous classes.
Contact me for more information on the Card Buffet classes! Hope you will come stamp with me on Tuesday evening.

Recovered Journal Books
While cleaning out my craftroom, I found these hard-backed journal books and decided to add some Stampin' Up! papers and embellishment to dress them up. Each journal has a ribbon attached to the back or front to use as a bookmark!
I hope you enjoy your weekend!

Mini Coffee Cups
Today is the last day for the Lady of the Cove Catholic Church's Christmas in July Craft Fair. I fell in love with these mini coffee cups and decided to dress them up with Designer Series Paper and added a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock embossed to look like the sleeves at Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts. Here are two that I have done at the time of this posting. I will be putting miniature Hershey candy bars in them. I may also slip in a small packet of instant coffee! What do you think?

Baby Boy Mini Explosion Scrapbook
Here is another project I made specifically for the Christmas in July fair this weekend at the Lady of the Cove Catholic Church. I only made one girl and one boy book (actually I sold the first boy book and had to make another one for the fair!).
On this one, I used the large retired Bashful Blue ribbon for the belly band and added the ovals for either a picture or a place to put the baby's name.
For the cover, I used the thick cardboard from our Specialty Designer Series Paper (or you can use chipboard) and covered this with designer paper.
Inside the explosion book.
If you want to try this on your own, here is the website I found to be very helpful, http://www.making-mini-scrapbooks.com/explosionbook.html. Be sure to leave me comments. I'll be scheduling an Mini Explosion Scrapbook class soon!

Weekly Deals are Here!
It's Tuesday, so time for our weekly deals. Stampin' Up! has added more items to the Weekly Deals, but remember to order early so you get the sale prices. Lots of neat things are on sale this week. The Color Me Irresistible Designer Series Paper is great for when you don't have the right color to coordinate with your project. Get your markers or ink pad and color away! And the Gift Box Punch Board is also another good deal. Wait, they are all good deals!
Remember to check out the Clearance Rack before checking out and please use Hostess Code: 4EG9F67J when placing your orders.
We take our grandson, Caleb, home on Thursday, so we're trying to finish up things we had planned to do with him. Yesterday he finally got to go through the Marvel Cave at Silver Dollar City. This was our third attempt to get him in since we've had so much rain and thunderstorms. The caves flood, naturally, but become worse with rains.
Come back tomorrow to see what I've crafted for the Craft fair this weekend!

Christmas Mini Scrapbook
I found this on Pinterest and thought it would make a cute gift for those special moments at Christmas. I used retired Stampin' Up! designer series paper, some embellishments and now it's ready to add pictures!
First two photos are the front of the album with and without the belly band. I chose to go with this in lieu of ribbon since most of my customers get frustrated tying bows!
And lastly, a picture of it fully opened.
