Fun Fold Card Using Forever Greenery

Today's share is a fun fold card I made using the Forever Greenery DSP.  I was inspired by both Jackie B. and Melissa K. searching through Pinterest for card ideas.

I think I'm going to add leaves to the left side to help hold the panel down, what do you think?

I like how this turned out and was creating from my scribbled notes.  We'll be making this card in our next 3-card class on July 21st at 6 PM and again on July 28th at 2 PM!

I've seen this card made so many different ways.  On this one, we're slipping a little piece of cardstock under the white layer on the inside.  I also used two pieces of Forever Greenery from my paper share to create this card.

Hope to see you in class soon!

Last A Lifetime

Here are two Triangle Fold cards I created using the stamp set, Last A Lifetime.  The papers are from the Ornate Garden Specialty Papers, and I used the Coordinating Ornate dies and framelits (two different sets).

This is the card partially open -- and then the inside:

The colors I used are two new In Colors Bumble Bee and Just Jade.  If you would like to have a class on the Triangle Fold, please let  me know -- I'll be glad to make a card for card class!

Completed Two Tea Bag Holder

This is the Two Tea Bag holder from the All My Love paper share -- by adding more cardstock and designer series papers, I was able to complete this project.. The initial 4 X 6 in the paper shares is what I used to cover the fronts.  And I even got the hearts in the same direction!!

Here's the middle piece -- another piece of coordinating All My Love dsp.

And finally, the inside words.

If you took my class for the Two Tea Bag and Kleenex holders, let me know if you want any more kits.  I still have a few left over from our class!  If you would like to schedule a class with me to learn how to make these, leave me a comment!

Two More Cards with All My Love DSP

Today's share is another set of two cards created by using one piece of 4 X 6 All My Love Designer Series Papers.  We used this layout in one of our Birthday Card classes last year.

I cut the DSP to 4 X 5-1/4 and then cut it diagonally.  I layered this on a Soft Seafoam base.  I worked a little on this yesterday to get it finished.

I wasn't crazy about the side piece so here's what I did.  I turned it, added a piece of Flirty Flamingo cardstock.  This reminds me of when my sisters and I get together--we laugh so hard we cannot see straight.  Note the Laughing sentiment is a little off?  Well, enough said!

The next card is the one I was playing with.  I added a piece of cardstock embossed with the Tufted embossing folder and then ribbon diagonally.

I hope you enjoy today's cards.  If you've made cards using your paper share, be sure to post some photos!

Update on All My Love Cards

Today's share are three of the cards that I finished with words and embellishments from the All My Love Designer Series Papers.

These are just to give you ideas on how to use up your DSP.  These are simple and easy to mail.

On the above card, I added a piece of glitter ribbon and stamped words from a retired stamp set.  I used the Everyday Label punch on the edges.

On the below card, I just added my sentiment.

On this card, I thought it needed a little more so I added a piece of Petal Pink and embossed it with the Tufted embossing folder.  Again, I added a piece of glimmer ribbon and then popped my sentiment up on dimensionals.

I hope you are enjoying these updates!  More to come hopefully tomorrow!

Final Card with All My Love Designer Series Papers

The is the last card I made using up all six pieces of 4 X 6 All My Love Designer Series Papers.

Now I did tell you in the beginning that you may need additional cardstock to make these cards/crafts--like the Two Tea Bag holder.  Inspired by my upline, Susie W., I added both Soft Seafoam and Flirty Flamingo card stock to create this card.  We're doing a virtual card swap on Facebook and I loved her layout.

This is using scraps from one of the other cards that I cut down the 4 X 6 piece.  I popped up the second piece of Flirty Flamingo and will be adding a piece of Whisper White or Soft Seafoam with stamped images or words to finish off this card.

I'll be sure to finish this off and post a picture once I'm done!

Layered All My Love DSP

Today I'm sharing the eighth card I made using one of the 4 X 6 All My Love Designer Series Papers (DSP).  I really love the flowers on this paper, but I'm so in LOVE with our new papers as well.

For this card, I used the Lovely Lipstick card base that was in the paper share.  I added a layer of Soft Seafoam and then my DSP.  I even have a piece left over to add to the inside of my card!

What would you add to this card?  Maybe a strip of cardstock or DSP and then pop the sentiment?  Or just add a sentiment and let the flowers show the beauty?

Be sure to let me know what you would do with this card!

Balmy Blue Meets All My Love

This is another card I made using the 4 X 6 All My Love Designer Series Papers that were included in a paper share.

I took a piece of Thick Whisper White for the base and added a layer of Balmy Blue cardstock.  There's just a touch of this color in the DSP.  I almost hate to hide all these beautiful flowers, but a sentiment will be added in the future.

I hope you're enjoying these samples of how to use up your paper shares.  I'm having fun creating them for you!

Two Cards with All My Love

Today's share shows you how you can get more bang for your buck.  I used one panel of 4 X 6 All My Love Designer Series Papers and cut it in half to make two cards.

The first card is my favorite.  the base is Lovely Lipstick with a layer of retired Sweet Sugar Plum (matches the pink flowers perfectly!) that I embossed with the Tufted Embossing Folder.  I then added the DSP and will add a sentiment when I need a card.

The second half of the DSP was used on this card -- Sweet Sugarplum base with Lovely Lipstick layer.  Again, the sentiment will be added at a later date.

I hope you enjoy your day and stay safe!
