Today's card is one that I've had on my mind to CASE because I love the technique. This is one of my up line, Susie Wood, swaps from our up line meetings.
We will be making this card as well on Sep 22nd at 6 pm. We're using Sailing Home and the sun is from the High Tide stamp set. We'll be using watercolor pencils and Blender Pens.
