More DSP!

I've added more retired Designer Series Papers to my blog!  Be sure to check them out here.  

I'm ready to move onto the retired Stampin' Up! paper stacks (ask me about these if you don't know what they are!).  When I sell my papers, I also offer card bases as long as I still have some left.  

Here are some cards and projects I made with some of the retired papers.

Enjoy looking through the many papers I have for sale.  There are lots of ways to use your papers.

Upcycle Class

Here are the three cards we'll be making tomorrow, Sep 29th, at 2 pm.  Be sure to let me know you are coming so I have enough supplies cut and ready for everyone!

For the bird card, we're going to take a table napkin and use it for our card front.  Some of you may have a palm tree; others may have leaves.  

This card we're going to upcycle some border paper that I had on hand from a long time ago.  This is a fun project to remember some of your favorite wall/border paper.  I also have some rolls of paper for you to choose from should you want to take some home.  They are FREE.

This last is a gatefold card with a slender gate on the left.  I love how this turned out with retired Designer Series Papers!

Special Someone

While cleaning up my class totes and putting supplies away, I found the supplies already done except for a stamped image for this card.  I assembled the card and decided to use the Special Someone stamp set for the squirrel.  

Our original card was made using the Home to Roost stamp set.  

Here is the new card with my squirrel.

I like how this turned out - so when you have leftover supplies, pull another stamp set out and create a new card!

Light Me Home

Light Me Home, 153350, is a new stamp set that is featured in our Aug-Dec 2020 Mini Catalog.  I fell in love with this stamp set the first time I saw it!  We'll be using this set for the third card in our Sep 22 card class.

I used Shaded Spruce and Shimmery White card stock for this card.  It really does sparkle better in person!

There is a little fussy cutting that we'll be doing but well worth the effect.  I  hope to see you in our class tomorrow evening!

Sailing Home CASE

Today's card is one that I've had on my mind to CASE because I love the technique.  This is one of my up line, Susie Wood, swaps from our up line meetings.  

We will be making this card as well on Sep 22nd at 6 pm.  We're using Sailing Home and the sun is from the High Tide stamp set.  We'll be using watercolor pencils and Blender Pens.

Gilded Autumn Specialty Designer Series Papers

Have you seen the papers in this Specialty Designer Series Paper Pack?   It's $15, but, oh, the shiny papers are gorgeous!  

Here's a card we're going to be making in our Sep 22nd 6 PM card class.  I will be scheduling a day time class as well.  

We're using Cajun Craze and Crumb Cake Cardstock along with Gold Foil papers. 

There's not much needed to class this paper up!

Masculine Craft

Today's share are some masculine notepads that I made.  These are great to fit in the pocket and are REFILLABLE!  

I did use retired Designer Series Papers on these as I'm overwhelmed with papers.  First up are the masculine/Fall papers.

I'll be posting DSP for sale soon.  All papers are already cut into 4 X 6 pieces.  I'll also ask whether you want matching cardstock.

Paper Pumpkin December 2019

Wow!  If I'd known how much fun working with this kit was going to be, I'd have opened it and completed it sooner.  Here are some alternatives I put together that I found on Pinterest.  

This first batch includes two Triangle Fold cards.  

These other cards were inspired by Donna R. on Pinterest.  I love how these turned out and look forward to sending these to friends and family!

I hope you will get your Paper Pumpkin kits out and start creating.  I've created so many cards and am going to donate some more to our troops, hospitals, and others.
