Please be safe if you are traveling or celebrating outside your own home!
Today's share are some everyday purses I made using up some scraps of Designer Series Papers. I love using Stampin' Up! papers because they are double-sided and add so much to the surprise when you open the purse!
These are available for purchase -- just let me know which one you are interested in. Don't like the papers? Tell me what you like and I can custom make them for you!

November's Calendar
We used Soft Suede for the base and Crumb cake for the mat on our November calendar. Adding a little strip of Nature's Poem Designer Series Papers and then popped up our "Happy Thanksgiving" for the final touch. We used the Pleasant Pheasant stamp set which is retiring in a few days!
I hope you have enjoyed seeing the calendar we made in November. I will resume card classes at the Branson Community Center on January 8th at 6 pm. I have lots of goodies to show you from our new Occasions catalog.
Look for an email soon on our Occasions Paper Share!

September and October Calendars
We're almost done! September's calendar was made with Crumb Cake and Early Expresso cardstock. I used Rooted in Nature and Many Blessings stamp sets, and Cajun Craze ink.
For October, trying to keep with Halloween, I used Pumpkin Pie and Basic Black cardstock. Using a scrap piece of Whisper White, we stamped and fussy cut the cute puppy from Trick or Tweet!

July and August Calendars
I've decided I've got to speed things up if I'm going to get the full calendar posted before the new year!
For July, I used Real Red and Night of Navy card stock. Stamp sets used on this one were Waterfront, Merry Christmas to All, and Make a Difference.
For August, I used retired River Rock for the base and Early Expresso for the matting. For a little more color, I popped up the image on Flirty Flamingo scalloped circle. Stamped image is from A Good Day.

June's Calendar
I hope you had a wonderful, blessed Christmas.
Today's share is our June calendar. For this calendar we used Sahara Sand cardstock for the base and our new in-color, Blueberry Bushel for the matting and ink. We added a strip of the coordinating En Route Designer Series Papers for a little contrast. We also used the new En Route stamp set for the car, plane, and words.
June was always a month we traveled when the kids were out of school so this seemed the right theme for June.
As we near the end of the year, be sure to check out your Holiday catalog to ensure you have all the items you want. Then check out the clearance rack for anything you may have missed out on from our older catalogs.

Special Christmas Card
I had to wait to share this card with you until today, Christmas Day! No, I'm not working today, but scheduled this post ahead of time! Special Thanks to Dorothea on Pinterest for the inspiration!
This is a card I made with my downline, Julie E. I believe her card went to her MIL and mine when to my sister, Marilyn. She is so excited and overjoyed to have this card. I even included two tealights for her so she can always have this on display!
May you have a Blessed Christmas!

Hand Made Christmas Cards
Here is a sampling of the hand made cards I sent out this year. I used my November Paper Pumpkin and stretched it to make most of these cards.

December Calendar
Just checking to see if you're paying attention! Yes, I jumped from May to December -- it's my birthday today, so I wanted to post about December's calendar.
For this month, we used Cherry Cobbler for the base and Retired Emerald Envy for the mat. Using Timeless Tidings, we stamped poinsettias on the calendar and the base. We used the Triple Banner Punch to flag our "Merry Christmas."
From my home to yours, have a Blessed Christmas!

May Calendar
For May's Calendar, we used the stamp set, Varied Vases, and coordinating punch.
The sentiment, vase and flowers are stamped in retired Always Artichoke ink. We then used Poppy Parade ink to fill in the flowers. These were fussy cut and added to the vase (this was punched out) and then mounted to the front using a dimensional.
Remember, you can still pick up a calendar at the Branson Mill Craft Village!

April Calendar
For April's calendar, we used Wisteria Wonder (had so much cut and had to use it up!) and So Saffron for the mat.
Using the stamp set, A Good Day, we stamped and colored the image with our Stampin' Write markers. We punched this out with the 1-1/4 inch circle punch and then mounted it onto the 1-3/8 scallop circle we punched out of the Wisteria Wonder. This was then popped up with dimensionals.

March Calendar
For March's calendar, we used Lucky Limeade for the base and a black mat for the calendar.
Using Momento black ink and the greeting from Itty Bitty Greetings, we stamped our sentiment in the lower left. We used the small heart punch and the stem is from the retired bird punch to create our shamrock.
If there is something that you would like to make or need help figuring out, please feel free to contact me via email or phone. I hold classes both at the Branson Mill Craft Village and the Branson Community Center.

February Calendar
For February's calendar, I used up some cardstock that was already impressed with the retired Stampin' Up! Love Textured Plate. Once my stock was depleted, I went to my Tufted Dynamic Embossing Folder for an elegant look.
Using the heart from the Ribbon of Courage stamp set, we stamped it on the 14th, for Valentines Day. We used Blushing Bride for the base and Melon Mambo for the coordinating mat.
If you haven't picked up your 2019 calendars, I still have a few left for sale. Just drop me an email or give me a call!

January Calendar
Hopefully, most of you have already received your calendars. Pictures are good, but the calendars are much prettier in person. You can see these in my store, Desiree's Craftroom, located inside the Branson Mill Craft Village. If you didn't get to make one, I also have them for sale!
For this calendar, we used the Beautiful Blizzard Stamp Set and the coordinating die, Blizzard. If you check out the Discount items, you will see this is on sale!
The cool snowflake is from the Blizzard Die. I used our Multipurpose sheets on both sides of a white craft foam then die cut. Peeling off one side, we adhered to the calendar. Peeling off the top side, we dipped in Dazzling Diamonds! They stay on the snowflake and add just the right amount of sparkle!

Packaging the Gift
Need another idea on how to use up your Designer Series Papers? Here is a cute gift box I made using some Origami instructions from the web. I had a customer want a special gift box, so I started playing. I made up three of these and they went together pretty smoothly with NO cutting!
The ribbon slides off for easy access. Be sure to stop in and see how beautiful this looks in person!

My Stampin' Up! Upline
When I signed up to become a demonstrator, I signed up under Susie Wood. She is a fantastic mentor that provides motivation and support whenever I need it.
Susie is being recognized this month for achieving $1 Million dollars in personal sales. I'm so proud of her.
Look what I received in the mail! I'm working on year number 9 as a Stampin' Up! demonstrator and I owe all my inspiration, motivation and encouragement to Susie.
I hope you enjoy crafting as much as I do!

Sympathy Card for a Friend
Today's share is a card that was difficult for me to make. A co-worker lost his son in a work accident and I needed to make this and get everyone to sign as quickly as possible.
Here's what I came up with--I hope you like it.

Special Ornament
I had a lady come into my store and asked for a personalized ornament. Julie was visiting that day so we worked on this together.
I took some fiberfill and had Julie put inside one of these fillable ornaments. We took some of our snowflakes that I had die cut from the craft foam and put dazzling diamonds on both sides. I then had some shaker card snowflakes that we added as well.
I die cut the G on my Cricut and we put this on both sides--Grandma liked it -- we hope the granddaughter does as well!
If you need a special gift item, be sure to contact me and I will work with you to get that special item made!

One of My Crafting Projects
Today's share is one of the crafts I've been making for my store. I call these my Two-Tea Bag holders -- but you can put Ghirardelli chocolates, mints, earrings and necklace set, money, gift cards, etc. The ideas are endless. I have these as completed gifts as well as a kit.
When you purchase a kit, I email you the tutorials on how to put anything you purchase from me together. Each kit is labeled -- email me for tutorial!
Leave me a comment about what you would use these for!
