Happy Birthday, Linda!

Today is my oldest sister's birthday.  Linda, aka Queen Mother, is the strongest woman I know.  So for today, I'm posting some more of my birthday cards I made for the Vintage Vault, located here in Branson.

These cards are using retired Designer Series Papers.  I used Here's A Card for the sentiment on the top card and Painted Glass for the second card.

Painted Glass Cards

Today's share are cards I made using the retired stamp set, Painted Glass.  I love the font in this set and it is my "go to" set for elegance.  I used parts of a Paper Share from last year's annual catalog, All My Love designer series papers.

By using the Reason to Celebrate stamp, this card can be used for Birthdays, Job Promotions, Retirement, Wedding, etc.

Again, don't hesitate to contact me if you'd like to come play or schedule a class!

Kids Birthday Cards

Today's share are a few birthday cards I made using some of the paper share remnants I had left over.  I especially enjoyed making the children's cards using the Birthday Bonanza designer series papers.  I used the Here's A Card stamp set for the words and fussy cut the bird with balloons out of the designer series papers!

I hope you are enjoying the warmer weather.  If you're stuck inside and would like a little fun, contact me for cardmaking or other paper craft classes!

Bouquet of Hope Alternative Cards

Today I'm sharing more of the Bouquet of Hope, February 2021 Paper Pumpkin Kit.  These are for every day occasions, times of loss, birthdays, weddings, and Mother's Day.  You can always swap out the sentiments and make them your own!

And to think I still have pieces left over!  I cannot find my dining room table (I'm currently crafting upstairs) for all the different Paper Pumpkin kits I have spread out!  But, I'm having fun!

Wedding Cards

I love the variety of stamp sets that Stampin' Up! had made for us to make wedding cards.  Today's share are cards I made using the Retired stamp set, Last a Lifetime and the current set, Forever Blossoms.

I'm enjoying cleaning my craftroom as I find different pieces of cards I partially started.  Right now, I'm pulling out dies, like Stitched So Sweetly and the Tasteful Label Dies.  I love the variety of shapes in both sets.  If you would like to come play (not a class), let's schedule a date to get together!

Summer Nights Paper Pumpkin

Yes, I am concentrating on getting my Paper Pumpkin kits caught up!  Today's share are cards I made using the July 2020 kit, Summer Nights.  I saved a variety of alternatives to my Pinterest board, Jul 2020 Summer Nights so I went there first for my inspiration.

I added extra cardstock, and used some of the Summer Nights Add-On kit as well.  I still have lots to make with this kit, but for now, I'm taking a break, working on the craftroom.

I hope to begin having classes before Memorial Day!

Other Mother's Day Cards

These are the other Mother's Day cards I made using the Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Papers. I used one sheet of 6 X 6 paper for all four cards.  I also used the envelops and card bases from the February 2021 Paper Pumpkin Kit, Bouquet of Hope.  For the sentiment, I used Timeless Tulips!

I'm so sad to see the Subtles embossing folder has retired.  This is one of my favorite embossing folders.  You'll definitely see me using this even though it is retired!  I also used the new Oval Duet Punch for these cards.

Happy Mother's Day

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

Though I don't normally post on Mother's Day, I thought I'd post some of the Mother's Day cards I made for a store that purchased 1000 of my cards!  I used the February 2021 Paper Pumpkin Kit, stamped a bunch of rose bouquets and sat down and colored them with my Stampin' Up! Blends while sitting with my husband on the couch.

The sentiment is from Tea Together which retired on the 4th of May.  I love how all of these turned out -- if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact me!  Classes coming soon!

New Catalog Now Live On Line

I haven't seen most of you in quite a long time.  I wanted to drop in and let you know that the new Stampin' Up! Annual catalog is now live on line!  I've updated the image on this page, so just click on the catalog on the LEFT side and it will open the new catalog on line for you to shop.

Remember, I have your catalogs and if you want to stop in and pick them up, you're welcome to call me and schedule a pick up time.

I contacted the company that is going to allow us to meet in their conference room on Tuesday evenings; however her contractor is behind schedule.  Susan told me that the contractor is to begin this week on her new area.

In the meantime, if your schedule is open, I will be setting up classes in my home both during the day and in the evenings.  Let me know what works best for you.  Also, please drop me a line to let me know what your interests are - new card folds, meeting with friends, crafts, or just the comradery of making cards together!

I'm still working on the craftroom, however, I will probably ALWAYS be working on it.  I like to think that I'm improving it with each stamping experience as I identify what does and doesn't work!

Stay safe my friends, and Happy Crafting
