Pedestal Card

Today's share is a card I made after browsing through Pinterest for different ideas on my designer series papers.  I have a couple of packages of this Share What You Love designer series papers.  This is retired so if you like what you see, let me know!  I may have a pack to sell.

Out of Action

I have been out of action blogging due to sciatic nerve pain.  I'm not able to sit too long, stand too long, etc.

Free As A Bird II

This is the last card we made in my Free As A Bird card class.  Remember, you still have time to sign up for this class on September 10th from 2-4 pm!  

I didn't want to take away from the Bird Ballad Designer Series Papers, so we stamped a border of leaves on the Grapefruit Grove layer and then added Pool Party behind the DSP.  

Everyone had a little challenge with the flag punch on this one!  Good thing I had scraps laying around!  And Robin decided to put her own twist on her card:

Flourishing Phrases

This is the second card in my Free As A Bird card class.  I haven't used the Flourishing Phrases stamp set much and decided it needed some use!

Free As A Bird

Today's share is a card we made during my Free As A Bird card classes.  I cased this card from fellow demonstrator, Cindy S.  I'm offering this class one more time on September 10th from 2-4 pm for those who prefer a daytime class!  

We're using the new Free As A Bird stamp set, nested dies and the new Bird Ballad designer series papers.  I still have two main catalog paper shares -- enough to make 72 cards.  I have all of the designer series papers and coordinating cardstock in a packet.  Cost is $50.  

We used the Stampin' Blends to color our birds and flowers.  Everyone had a great time!

Lovely As A Tree/Winter Woods

Today's share is the third card we'll be making on Aug 27th.  I used Lovely As A Tree, but if you have Winter Woods, you could use this stamp set as well.  We're using Merry Christmas to All stamp set for the words!

I love this stamp set and was very sorry to see it retire; however it was the only stamp set to last so long!

Gate Fold

Today's share is another card we will be making on Aug 27th.  This is a card I designed when I lived in Iowa.  I love finding new ways to use my punches and you will enjoy making this card.  

Although I am using retired papers, we're going to be using Butterfly Gala stamp set and coordinating punch to make this card.  We're going to redesign as we go in this class!  I made one of these for a friend and mailed it off so I don't have an updated photo.

Upcoming Events

Be sure to check the Upcoming Events tab on my blog!  More class dates have been added.  I'm offering classes on Tuesday afternoons and evenings.  Some of the evening classes are repeat classes for those who missed the first evening class.

I'm trying to accommodate those that don't want to drive at night, so be sure to check the dates and times before signing up!

Today's share is a card we will be making in my August 27th evening class.  I also have this same class scheduled for September 3rd during the day (2-4) and in the evening (6-8).  

I used Woven Heirlooms stamp set and embossing folders/dies for this card.  It is very elegant, don't you agree?

Third Botanical Butterfly Card

This is the third card we'll be making on Aug 6th from 6-8 pm.  Remember to go to my Facebook Page, then Events and select GOING to secure a seat for this party!

We're using up some retired Sale-A-Bration papers called Botanical Butterfly.  The colors in these papers are beautiful.  If you  have this paper stack, I hope you will get it out and start making your cards!
