8 X 3-3/4 Black Cardstock
7-3/4 X 3-1/2 Designer Series Paper
8 X 2 Black Cardstock
7-3/4 X 1-3/4 Designer Series Paper
5 X 1-3/4 – Designer Series Paper (to wrap around top of note pad)
Backing:
4-7/8 X 1-1/4 – Chipboard (I used cardboard from our DSP)
4-7/8 X 1-1/2 – DSP to cover chipboard
4-7/8 X 4-3/4 – Chipboard
4-7/8 X 5 – DSP to cover chipboard
Belly Band:
12 X 1-1/2 cardstock; score at 3, 3-1/4, 8-3/8, 8-5/8
4-3/4 X 1-1/4 Cardstock
4-1/2 X 1 – DSP
Step 1: Adhere 4-7/8 X 1-1/4 chipboard piece to center top of 12 X 8-1/4 piece of cardstock.
Step 2. Adhere 4-7/8 X 1-1/2 piece of DSP over chipboard.
Step 3. Adhere 4-7/8 X 4-3/4 chipboard piece to center bottom of 12 X 8-1/4 piece of cardstock.
Step 4: Adhere 5 X 4-7/8 DSP over chipboard piece.
Step 6: Front Left panel, adhere 8 X 3-3/4 cardstock to left side.
Step 7: Adhere DSP measuring 7-3/4 X 3-1/2 to cardstock.
Step 8: Front Right panel, adhere 8 X 2 cardstock to right front panel.
Step 9: Adhere 7-3/4 X 1-3/4 DSP to cardstock on right front panel.
Step 11: Belly Band – reinforce all score lines. When wrapping band around the completed notepad holder, it is easier to do with the note pad in it. I also placed the seam on the front so I can cover with the large embellishment.
Step 12: Adhere cardstock 4-3/4 X 1-1/4 to the front of the belly band.
Step 13: Adhere DSP 4-1/2 X 1 to the cardstock on the belly band.
Step 14: Stamp/Embellish the belly band.
Let me know if you have any questions on this.
Happy Crafting!
